Why are you interested in the Gandhi-King Community?
I am part of a grassroots collective of social workers in New York who work for social justice, and have a yearly conference where individuals can connect around social justice issues and develop their skills in progressive social work and organizing for social change.

I am most especially interested in the way we connect personal actions and congruence to political and social transformation and in how non-violence can inform how we are in the world as well as the causes we support and the actions we take.
