Event Description

Stanford historian Clayborne Carson, the editor of King's papers, will discuss "The 2008 (U. S.) Election as History" at Town Hall in Seattle, Washington, during a public session of the 2009 annual meeting of the Organization of American History. Also participating are Gil Troy of McGill University, Fred L. Israel of City College of New York, and Blanche Wiesen Cook of John Jay College, City University of New York.
