Prevention of International Wars and Social Disharmony through Healthy Sexuality

On March 4, 2018 I posted a mail to the Director, Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender, and Reproduction ( Indiana University, Bloomington, US). I communicated to its director, Ms. C. Sue Carter, my intention to start a training Centre for practical applications of sexological knowledge. On March 6, I received a reply from Kinsey Institute's Media Specialist that  '' Kinsey Institute researchers sometimes collaborate with external scholars. We would need to have more specific details of the project you are conteplating. . . ''. To her reply, I sent a detailed description of my project, expressing that I would like to work on the prevention of international wars and social disharmony. I never received a response to my contemplated project.
