For Global Peace with Social Justice in a Sustainable Environment

Would be curious to hear thoughts on a possible 'full freedom' amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

Section 1. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex or inequalities of income and wealth. Every citizen has a right to fully adequate protections of equal basic liberties, including welfare rights protecting against poverty, and inequalities of income and wealth must be reduced or eliminated when they threaten or compromise basic liberties, fair equality of opportunity and full democratic political participation.
