A yellow cog plead to the Machinist,

“Please, I wanna out of that rusty one, it is dying.

Just put me in the Machine Spic ‘n’ Span.”

“Surely I can do that,” the machinist said,

“But you’ll have to do what I tell you to do.”

“Yes, please, just get me out of here, I’d do anything.”

So the Machinist plucked the yellow cog out of the rusty,

He greased it over and inserted it in the Spic ‘n’ Span.

“Keep on doing the good job.” The Machinist said.

A white cog plead to the Machinist,

“Please, I wanna out of that rogue one, it despise me for the way I squeal.

Just put me in the Machine Spic ‘n’ Span.”

“Surely I can do that,” the Machinist said,

“But you’ll have to do what I tell you to do.”

“Yes, please, just get me out of here, I’d do anything.”

So the Machinist plucked the white cog out of the rogue,

He put it on the Spic ‘n’ Span and listened to the operation,

“You squeal beautifully,” The Machinist said.

A black cog plead to the machinist,

“Please, I wanna out of that shabby one; the whole thing is about to blow-up.

Just put me in the Machine Spic ‘n’ Span.”

“Surely I can do that,” the Machinist said,

“But you’ll have to do what I tell you to do.”

“Yes, please, just get me out of here, I’d do anything.”

So the Machinist plucked the black cog out of the shabby,

Put it on the Spic ‘n’ Span and watched it for a while,

“Just do you job, Machine Spic ‘n’ Span will never blow-up.” The Machinist said.

Soon, the rusty got sold-out as scrap metal,

The rogue got stopped for the unbearable squeal,

And the shabby caught on fire for short-circuit.

The yellow, the white and the black cogs have one thought in their minds-

“Poor thing, I have been out of it.”
