- Why are you interested in the Gandhi-King Community?
- I'm a researcher and campaign coordinator at SEIU Local 32BJ in New York. I've been involved in social justice organizing since college (where I worked at the Papers Project), first in environmental justice movement and now the labor movement. I'm really interested in art as a means of expressing politics, particularly media. I was active in Obama's campaign and lately I've been thinking a lot about the parallels between this moment and when Roosevelt took office.
