For Global Peace with Social Justice in a Sustainable Environment

I admire the Pope's message as we reflect the Easter season. As men and women of faith, we must pray to God for the end of war. Our president is in the midst of making very crucial decisions. My heart goes out to the families of our men and women over in Iraq and Afghanistan. Dr. King's three evils were racism, poverty, and war. I agree as well. King was a founding member and the first president of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. Their motto was, "To Redeem the Soul of America". Our country needs to come together and make peace with each other and other countries as well. When America learns to deal with these three evils, I believe that we can bring out what America is called to be.....a peaceful nation!
