Profile Information

Primary Social Change Interest
Social Justice
Why are you interested in the Gandhi-King Community?
I'm a senior at Stanford majoring in Peace and Conflict Studies with a concentration in Nonviolent Social Change. My biggest social change interest is peace, but I have to agree with Gandhi: "no peace without justice!" More specifically, I'm interested in peace and social justice in the developing world, particularly in Africa. Domestically, I'm concerned about urban poverty and education, social/political engagement of youth, our prison system, and our (in)humane treatment of animals.
