Who cares?
I've been having the feeling that people are asleep.
So many things are going on in the world and people keep worried about fashion, looks, buying stuff, fun...Yes it is true sometimes I care about this things too but lately I cannot disconnect my mind from the world. And when I say the world I mean injustice to humanity, environmental chaos, and stupidity from us the humans.
Every time I go to a mall I get sick, to see all this people buying stuff. We think that we need stuff to be, to belong, to be part of. What about values? What about community? What about hunger? What about nature? Houses are full of stuff, to clean you need 15 different products, to dress a woman needs about 18 stuff to wear, to throw away garbage you need to buy a bag??? What is this?
I feel like living in a matrix, where we are zombies following rules dictated by media, movies, TV, fashion. Where our relationships are commanded by TV stories. Where our personlaities are defined by some characters??
Maybe this is another existential crisis I said to myself...but this is not. I am liberating myself from this absurde rules from society, I am liberating from following the right path, I am liberating from ending life in earth. We need to stop and think what is the real value from life, what are the thing that really matters, how to help others who live in despicable conditions.
We are not here to go to shool, get married, have a house and children. Life goes far from that. I t is not about us, it is about us as a part of everything.
