Why are you interested in the Gandhi-King Community?
Professor of Church and Community at the Candler School of Theology of Emory University (Atlanta, GA). Considerable research and publications on Howard Thurman. I've also written on Christian communalism, Christian spirituality, and the significance of social justice to religious identity. I am active in advocacy for children, interfaith cooperation, and the work of L'Arche (the international organization committed to forming community for persons with mental disability).
