The Center for Peace Studies and Violence Prevention (CPSVP) and its affiliated Students for Non-Violence club at Virginia Tech are pleased to announce the first ACCIAC Student Research Symposium, entitled: “Cultivating Peace: A Symposium for Violence Prevention”. The Symposium, co-sponsored by the Lacy Foundation and the Atlantic Coast Conference Intercollegiate Academic Consortium (ACCIAC), will take place on November 12 – 14, 2010, in Blacksburg, VA, in conjunction with Virginia Tech’s International Summit on Transdisciplinary Approaches to Violence Prevention.
