I serve as the director of Neighbourhood Community which tries to promote neighbourhood parliaments which is like the face to face communities that Gandhi called for. we promote this basic building blocks for a new world order.

    Neighbourhood Parliaments is a very good activity; the challenge we face and needs to overcome is to educate our Gram Panchayats riddled with dirty politics; Gram Swarajya is no more a dream but a reality; unfortunately; there are avenues where we need to work for relevance of Gandhiji; Panchayats at Village level are the good neighborhoods; I am sure many NGOs like yours may be doing so.
