DESCRIPTION:The Civil Rights Heritage Center presents to the Michiana 
 area:\nChurch in the Movement V: The role of the Church in response to
  Racism, Poverty, and War (Violence). We will examine the role religio
 us groups play in building our local communities today as similar chur
 ches/groups have done during the Civil Rights Movement of the 50's adn
  60's. This is an educational, spiritual, and cultural outreach progra
 m of the IU South Bend Civil Rights Heritage Center.\n\nSaturday, Apri
 l 10, 2010-Civil Rights Heritage Center Engman Natatorium\n1044 W. Was
 hington St. South Bend, IN\nSidewalk Dedication-9:30 A.M.\n-a ceremony
  honoring those in the religious community who have helped to (financi
 ally) support the Natatorium.\n\nCommunity Panel Discussion-10:30 A.M.
 -12 Noon\n-bringing together different religious groups from the Michi
 ana community to discuss the three evils of racism, poverty, and war.\

 ligious Effort/South Bend N.A.A.C.P./Interdenominational Ministerial A

 offering will be given in the evening program with part of the proceed
