thanks for your comment Ranjankumar about promoting music 4 peace. We did invite Ustad Kaushar Ali,famous tabla player Uma Dogra of Samved Society of India and also vocalist Shailendra Bharti who composed excellent music, song and dance for peace and friendship.Ustad Kaushar Ali composed a song for Hindu Muslim unity and Shailendra bhai also is an excellent composer who can compose songs of peace and friendship.
So how do we connect everyone through music of east and west so twain can meet in peace, friendship and harmony.cant you persuade Ghandi King movers and shakers to lobby Obama adminstration to fund Ghandi King projects world wide with several billion dollars a year funding so ethos of peace, non violence and non agression can be promoted through music, song, dance, art, culture instead of spending trillions of dollars on wars and bailing out mamon the bankers.

Look forward to exchange ideas & opinions with you. Volunteers of Shanti Fund, on Long Island, my organization just completed a 13 days celebration (September 22 to October 13) of Pathways to Peace in honor of Gandhiji's birthday. We reached out to over 80 schools in 11 school districts, many community organizations, Girl Scouts & ROTC. Each school District celebrated different sub-themes & this way we were able to reach out to thousands of youngsters of all ages. You can find more information on www.shantifund.org
